Manuscript submission implies that the authors have agreed to the publishers and journal policies.

Ethics Committee Approval

Manuscripts are accepted if the standards of the ethics committee are met. Editors can reject the manuscript if found that the research lacks ethical approval.

Research manuscripts involving animal and human experiments should clearly mention the ethical committee approval.

Research involving (human subjects) human experiments should comply with the Declaration of Helsinki, and approved by local ethics committee.

Research involving animal’s experiments should be approved by Institution Animal Ethics Committee.

Authors should follow the ethics set out by COPE and ICMJE about the patient details.

Open Access Policy

All the articles published are by default an open access. Articles can be downloaded, shared or re-used for the non commercial purpose under creative common license, provided the original source is properly cited.

All the articles follow the Gold open access publication under CC BY-NC [4.0] license, which helps user to copy, distribute as long as attribution of author is done correctly. Once the article is published, it is deposited in online repository for assigning doi to the articles.

Peer Review Policy

Peer review process is an essential step of publication. Editor in chief and the editorial board members suggest the peer reviewers based on the scientific research content. Peer reviewers then comment on the article for the necessary scientific changes and to enhance the quality of the paper or they can reject the paper based on inappropriate research or lack of time to review. Double blind peer review is carried out throughout the peer review process. Based on the comments, the article is forwarded to the editorial board and the final decision on the article is made. The article can be accepted or rejected by the editorial team.

Research publication, Corrections and Retraction Policy

Publication policy is very important to maintain the standards of the article for better future. Right from author’s manuscript submission till the complete process of publication, Committee on Publication ethics (COPE) guidelines is followed. For Medical Journals, International Committee of Medical Journals guidelines are followed. All the references should be properly cited and any third party information source is acknowledged in the publication.

Plagiarism, inappropriate information (Authorship or data used in manuscript), lack of ethical approval, simultaneous submission of article to different publications leads to rejection or retraction of the article.

Corrections should be informed to editorial team with proper explanations and consent form.

Retraction is considered when the editor’s find inappropriate data, unethical research, and manipulation in findings, duplicate publication with expression of concern notice.

Conflict of Interest

Authors should mention the conflict of interest section in the manuscript. Conflict of interest may arise among the authors, reviewers or the editors based on the personal or financial interest.

If there is no conflict of interest, it should be included in the manuscript.

Withdrawal Policy

Author should take utmost care while submitting the article to avoid any inconvenience. If any author willing to withdraw the article, he/ she can do so within 5 days of submission. If the author withdraws the article after the publication, refund can’t be provided.

Publication Charges

Once the article is accepted for the publication, authors are informed for the payment of the article. This payment helps to maintain the online tool, human resources and other repositories. Please refer to APC for journals.

Discounts can be provided to the authors based on the merits and article processing charges waiver can be considered for merit authors belonging to low income countries and has no research funding (note: decision of providing waiver and discounts depends on the publishers).

Licensing & Copyright Policy

All the published articles are licensed under creative common attribution non- commercial license CC BY-NC [4.0]. Articles can be shared, copied or distributed provided the source of the article is cited properly.
