Formatting Guidelines

Each journal has formatting guidelines for preparing the manuscript for submission. Manuscript should be written in English and should be double spaces with font size 12.5 in Times New Roman. Here are the details provided for the preparation and submission.

Manuscript Preparation process

Author should submit the cover letter mentioning the type of article, corresponding and all the co-authors details along with the statement of interest towards submitting the article to the journal.

Author should confirm that the article submitted is not published or considered elsewhere. Objectives and novel contributions mentioned in paper etc.

Author should mention clearly conflict of interest and grants if any.

Article Title: A clear title of the article should be mentioned which describes the paper.

Author Details: Corresponding author details along with the co-author details should be mentioned next to the title (including affiliation, country, phone and email address).

Research Articles: Research articles are written based on clinical observations, experimental analysis, data collected and evolving areas in the field. Research article should consist of abstract, keywords, introduction, material and methods, tables, figures, discussion and references. Abstract should be 300 words and complete word count for the article should not exceed 3500 (excluding abstract count).

Review Articles: Review articles are written based on the existing research and current data. Review article should consist of abstract, keywords, introduction, body of content, tables and figures, discussion, conclusion and references. Citations based on observation should be included though out the article. Maximum word count can be 6000.

Commentaries: Commentaries are opinions on recent research and developments, conceptual perspectives for scientific developments. Commentaries include the content of the problem and described through figures, tables or graphs, followed with conclusion and references.

Editorials: Editorials are short commentaries on particular article or the issue for novel perspective. Word count for the article should not exceed 1500.

Case studies: Case studies provide explanation on clinical conditions related to single person/ group. Case studies helps in advancement of research through innovative solutions for critical cases. Cases studies include word count of 1500 (excluding figures and tables).

Author’s Manuscript should contain:

Title of the article

List of authors along with correspondence details

Abstract and keywords

Main body

Discussion and Conclusion

References

Acknowledgement

Abbreviations

Figures/ Tables / Graphs (Png/ Jpeg format)

Supplementary file (if any)

Title page should have: Title of the article, Corresponding author and co-authors details (Affiliation, country, Telephone number, E-mail address).

Abstract: Abstract should be precise and word count should not exceed 300 words. Citations should not be included in the abstract. Keywords: Below abstract, 5-7 important keywords should be mentioned. Abbreviations should be added.

Main Body Text: This section includes introduction, material and methods, result, discussion, conclusion, all the tables and figures, references followed by acknowledgment (if any). This section describes the significance of the paper. Headings and subheadings should be clearly mentioned. Citations should be mentioned in numerical order. Repeated sentences should be avoided. Figures should be submitted in png or jpeg format. Tables in word or excel sheet. References should be in APA style. All the individuals who have contributed can be added in the acknowledgement section.

Conflict of Interest: Author should declare if any conflict of interest exists.

Funding / Grants: Author should clearly mention if there is any funding body for their research. Grant number should be mentioned (if any).

Supplementary Data: Data can be submitted along with the article in a zip folder.

Ethical Approval Documents: Necessary ethical approved documents should be attached with the manuscript or should be mentioned in the manuscript if any.
